PRETTY IN PINK

 

So I can already hear you trying to guess how many of these scrummy mini puds we consumed in one sitting!! Well it’s something you are going to have to wheedle out of us!
 
He who loves both the richness of white chocolate and the tartness of rhubarb with such intense fervour wasn’t sure about eating from a tiny shot glass with a teeny size spoon but for me it went down a treat and meant I finally used the gift I asked for several christmases ago. And it’s given me the impetus to make more mini versions of desserts this summer.
 
Very simple recipe from the BBC Good Food mag perfect  for these balmy sunny evenings we’re are gratefully experiencing just now.
